Appletree Cottages

This holiday home at Appletree Cottage features one double room with a double bed and a family room with a king size bed and sofa bed. Both have en-suite facilities and are equipped with a TV. There is a shared kitchen, dining and living area.

Breakfast baskets can be ordered 24 hours prior to arrival at a surcharge of GBP 8 per person, and guests can choose from continental and traditional breakfast baskets. The continental basket includes fresh rolls and pastries, meats and cheeses, fruit juices, preserves and butter. The traditional basket includes fresh bread, fruit juices, locally sourced eggs, bacon and sausage, tomatoes and mushrooms. Lunch and picnic hampers are available upon request.

Appletree Cottages is located on the edge of the Thetford Forest Park. Bury St Edmunds is a 20-minute drive away, whilst the market town of Newmarket, well known for horse-racing, is 15 minutes away by car. Cambridge is 22 miles from Appletree Cottages, while Norwich is 43 miles away. Newmarket train station is 9 miles from Appletree Cottages.
