All dairy products, meat and cereals come from the hotel's bio-dynamic farm. You can also enjoy herbal teas and hand-made syrups and organic and bio-dynamic wines. There is a library in the hotel.
The quiet rooms have no TV to ensure a calm stay. The beds come without any metal parts and feature natural latex mattresses and a wool layer. The bed linen is made from Fairtrade organic cotton.
