Douville is a commune in the Dordogne department in Nouvelle-Aquitaine in southwestern France.
As you wander through the town, you'll notice the distinctive half-timbered houses that line the streets. These buildings date back to the 19th century and were designed to resemble traditional Norman farmhouses. The town also boasts a number of stunning mansions and villas, many of which were built during the Belle Époque period.
One of the main attractions in Deauville is its beach. The long, sandy stretch of coastline is perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports. You can also take a stroll along the promenade and enjoy the views of the English Channel.
