Grand Orchid Resort Villa

Liouguei District is a rural district of Kaohsiung City, Taiwan. It is the third largest district in Kaohsiung City after Tauyuan District and Namasia District. The place-name is derived from the name of a Taivoan community Lakuri or Lakkuli, which emigrated from Vogavon in Tainan, driven to Kaohsiung by the invasion of Han immigrants and Siraya in the late 17th century.

As soon as you arrive in Liugui, you will be struck by the serene surroundings of the mountains and forests, which provide the perfect backdrop for exploring this charming area. The town itself is small and quaint, with a population of just over 3,000 people. It is a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy some peace and quiet.

One of the main attractions of Liugui is the Jhong Jheng Park, which is located near the center of town. This beautiful park is perfect for a leisurely stroll or a picnic with friends and family. The park is also home to a number of cultural events throughout the year, including the annual Liugui Dragon Boat Festival, which is a must-see for anyone visiting the area.
