Situated along a sandy, palm-fringed beach, Karafuu Beach Resort & Spa features three swimming pools and tennis courts, a spa, fitness centre and floating restaurant. There is also a scuba diving centre.

Pingwe is a village on the Tanzanian island of Unguja, which is part of Zanzibar. It is one of two villages located in the east of the island at the northern tip of Michamvi Peninsula.
