Le Grand-Bornand is a commune in the eastern French department of Haute-Savoie. The commune is a ski resort and takes its name from the river that runs through it. The inhabitants of Le Grand-Bornand are called Bornandins.

As you explore the village, you'll be enchanted by the traditional Savoyard architecture, with its wooden chalets and steeply sloping roofs. The village also features a number of historic churches, including the Église Saint-Jean-Baptiste, which dates back to the 16th century.

But Le Grand-Bornand is perhaps best known for its world-class ski resort, with over 90 kilometers of groomed slopes and 44 lifts. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced skier, you'll find a wide range of runs to suit your skills and preferences. And when you're ready to take a break from skiing, you can enjoy a variety of other winter sports, including snowshoeing, sledging, and ice skating.
