North Walsham is a market town and civil parish in the North Norfolk district of the county of Norfolk, England. The town is located 8 mi (13 km) south of Cromer and Norwich is 15 mi (24 km) south.

One of the town's main attractions is the North Walsham and Dilham Canal, which dates back to the early 19th century. Take a leisurely stroll along the towpath and admire the picturesque waterway and its surrounding countryside. If you're feeling adventurous, you can even rent a boat and explore the canal at your own pace.

For history buffs, a visit to the ruins of the 14th century St. Nicholas Church is a must. The church was destroyed during the English Civil War and now serves as a hauntingly beautiful reminder of the town's past. For a more lighthearted activity, head to the North Walsham Museum to learn about the town's history, including its once-thriving lace-making industry.
