As soon as you arrive in Aquiraz, you'll be greeted by its narrow cobblestone streets, colorful buildings, and warm, welcoming locals. This charming town dates back to the 17th century when it was founded by the Portuguese, and it still retains much of its colonial-era architecture and charm.

One of the highlights of Aquiraz is its stunning beaches. With more than 10 miles of coastline, there are plenty of options to choose from, whether you're looking for a peaceful spot to relax or a more lively atmosphere. Praia do Presidio is a popular beach that's perfect for swimming and sunbathing, while Barro Preto Beach is known for its natural pools and crystal-clear waters.
