Marrakesh or Marrakech is the fourth-largest city in Morocco. It is one of the four imperial cities of Morocco and is the capital of the Marrakesh-Safi region. The city lies west of the foothills of the Atlas Mountains.

One of the most iconic landmarks in Marrakech is the Koutoubia Mosque, which dominates the city skyline with its 70-meter high minaret. The mosque is a masterpiece of Almohad architecture, and its intricate details and decoration are truly breathtaking. Another must-see attraction is the Bahia Palace, a stunning example of Moroccan architecture from the late 19th century. The palace features beautiful gardens, intricate mosaics, and ornate ceilings.
