Nestled on the Adriatic Sea, Trieste has a fascinating history that dates back to the Roman Empire. As you explore the city, you'll notice the stunning architecture, picturesque streets, and scenic views that are sure to take your breath away.
One of the must-visit attractions in Trieste is the Piazza Unità d'Italia, the largest seafront square in Europe. It's surrounded by beautiful palaces, such as the Palazzo del Municipio and the Palazzo Pitteri, and offers stunning views of the sea. You can also take a stroll along the Riva, a promenade that runs along the waterfront and is lined with cafes and restaurants.
