We are SO thrilled to announce our Corries Bar & Bistro will be closing on Monday 19th February for a complete refurbishment! But don’t worry, we will be serving our usual Lunch & Evening Menus in our Liberty Tree Restaurant from 12.00 pm to 9.15 pm daily!
We will have Live Music on Friday & Saturday nights, and Guests can still avail of our Full Beverage Offering in our Liberty Tree Restaurant and our Main Lobby, while Hotel Residents will have access to our Exclusive Residents Lounge – The Rossmore Suite.
