Trekker Glamping

Communal work is a gathering for mutually accomplishing a task or for communal fundraising. Communal work provided manual labour to others, especially for major projects such as barn raising, "bees" of various kinds, log rolling, and subbotniks. Different words have been used to describe such gatherings.

WE highly recommend visiting Minca during your travels in Colombia. The town is surrounded by lush green forest, and you can explore the area by hiking through the mountains. If you are up for a challenging hike, you can climb up to the famous Pozo Azul waterfall, where you can swim in the crystal-clear water and enjoy the breathtaking view. For a more relaxed activity, you can take a coffee tour and learn about the coffee production process in the region.

In addition to its natural beauty, Minca has a thriving food and drink scene. You can find plenty of restaurants and cafes that offer delicious Colombian cuisine, as well as international dishes and vegetarian options. Make sure to try the local specialty, arepas de huevo, which is a delicious fried corn cake filled with egg and meat.
